Q: i am interested to book the tour in Dec 2013 for 4 adults. Is it cheaper to book 2 rooms with 2 adults per room or book 3 adults in one room and the other adult in the other room (using the book 2 and get I free option) ? If I should book the second option, does it allow the third person to share the room with the fourth person ie 2 adults in 2 rooms, on the tour? Will all the rooms have 2 double beds?

If you want to take advantage of the promotion, you will book 3 adults in 1 room and 1 adult in one room.The rooms offer 2 double beds.
If the hotel finds any discrepancies in the number of travelers assigned per room, additional charges will be payable to the hotel.

Unfortunately, we cannot separate the hotel accommodations from the tour package price.The hotel accommodations are made as group bookings, and we can offer you a low price on the tour because of the discounts we receive for making a group booking.
The price of the tour only includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations.

The days this tour is operating will not change. It will remain Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The West Rim and South Rims of the Grand Canyon are different parts of the Grand Canyon where the South Rim would be farther away from Las Vegas than the West Rim with longer travel times to get to the South Rim. The South Rim also offers views of the widest and deepest parts of the Grand Canyon whereas the West Rim's main attraction is the Skywalk which is a glass bridge hanging over a canyon edge. Please note that visits to the West Rim generally entail additional admission charges payable on tour.

Pickup locations can only be arranged out of most major hotels in Las Vegas.
Please include your hotel name and address in the comments section when you book the tour online.
The pickup times will range from 6:30-7:10am and most hotels in Las Vegas offer parking for guests and visitors.

If there is still time and space available on a helicopter tour on the date of your travel, yes, you may be able to purchase the helicopter ride (in cash) on the date of your tour.We cannot confirm or guarantee the availability if you choose to pay for the helicopter ride on the date of your tour.
We suggest that if you want to take the helicopter ride, you make the reservation in advance with the upgrade so your seats are reserved on your chosen date of travel.

This tour only offers complimentary drop-off to LAX Airport.
If you need to go to another destination after the tour, you will have to provide your own transportation.
I do advise you to get dropped-off back to LAX, and then take the complimentary shuttle ride that your hotel provides from LAX back to your hotel.
